This portable microscopy kit consists of a digital hand-held microscope, with a resolution of 720 x 576 and adjustable magnification of 10x to 70x + 200x, together with a portable digital recorder with a 5 inch LCD display.

The microscope features high quality optics that provide a sharp, high resolution image with good colour reproduction. Object illumination is provided by 8x white LEDs. The long working distance feature gives the ability to work in or around the object for purposes of precision assembly/repair, etc. The LCD recorder is small and lightweight and can display and capture real time images or video. A 4GB microSD card is provided for storage.

The kit is the ideal solution for applications where it is undesirable or inconvenient to use a computer or laptop, such as field research, remote inspection, on-site forensics, etc.
