The Tekbox TBCG3-RN6 comb generator is used to test radiated emission setups. The comb generator can be used to validate the performance of an antenna or the configuration of a spectrum analyser. The TBCG3-RN6 has a rotary switch to choose between five fixed comb frequencies and an external comb frequency input with a range of 5kHz to 200MHz. The comb generator comes with two antennas, one for frequencies up to 300-500MHz and one for higher frequencies. The batteries can be charged with an external charger and are not supplied with the TBCG3-RN6.

Details
The Tekbox TBCG2 is a passive comb generator/frequency multiplier, which is suitable for an input frequency from 1 MHz to 350 MHz. The TBCG2 can multiply the input signal to 1 MHz up to 2.5 GHz.
A Step Recovery Diode (SRD) system is used to generate signals with a flat spectrum. For example, the multiplier can be used as a simple alternative for a Tracking Generator, or to measure the rise time of an oscilloscope.

The TBCG4 is a harmonic comb generator with a switchable base frequency of 20MHz, 10MHz and 5MHz. It has a flat comb spectrum characterized up to 1GHz. The TBCG4 can be used to measure cable resonances, shielding effectiveness EMC test setups and more. It is a portable device that can easily be used for taking daily measurements. The TBCG4 is powered by a USB-C socket.
